Senior Analyst, Reinsurance Wroclaw, Poland As a fast growing Shared Service Centre (SSC) we are looking for a Reinsurance Analyst to support our AXA XL Re Operations. You will perform claims administration duties for assigned reinsurance clients following defined claims processing threshold. This includes checking and booking of claims data reported by clients, verifying claim reserves, settlement of claims and monitoring third-party debtor balances in close cooperation with Technical Accounting. Reviewing, reconciling, processing and adjusting claims Checking claim coverage, treaty/risk limits and processing/booking relevant claims data assuring accuracy and integrity of the technical bookings Verifying, preparing and processing claim settlement requests and general claim related administrative requests from clients Electronically uploading/filing relevant transaction documentation to company system Conducting data cleansing/refinement tasks, based on specified data quality control/ housekeeping reports Investigating inconsistencies, claim/account discrepancies and related issues and raising/resolving these in cooperation with the team leader and AXA XL Re Switzerland Claims Manager Closely cooperating with the Technical Accounting team Assisting the Claims Manager in the collation of data, respond to queries raised by internal parties in a timely and accurate manner. Preparing claims reports as required by AXA XL Re Switzerland Claims Manager Conducting claim reserves reconciliations, supporting financial closing and reporting processes Compiling with AXA XL Claims guidelines and procedures You will report to Assistant Manager.
