About the Role
This position plays a pivotal role in strengthening Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Capital Markets platform. You will sit at the centre of our operations, delivering high-quality financial modelling and analysis, insightful market research, and best-in-class marketing support, enabling senior team members to focus on client relationships and strategic expansion.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional who demonstrates both technical expertise and commercial acumen.

You will ideally bring:

  • A degree in property, business, economics, or finance.
  • Proven experience as a Valuer/Senior Valuer or in a similar Senior Analyst capacity.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with experience in Forbury and modelling retail assets.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property value drivers, particularly within the retail and shopping Centre sectors.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to priorities, work autonomously, and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Data & Market Intelligence: Source, verify, and analyse sales evidence at both local and national levels to support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Modelling & Insights: Develop sophisticated property cash flow models and produce detailed market insight reports.
  • Database Management: Build and maintain comprehensive records of properties, companies, and key contacts to ensure the integrity of our knowledge base.
  • Marketing Delivery: Prepare compelling marketing reports, advertising collateral, and high-quality pitch documentation.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage due diligence processes, coordinate responses to campaign queries, and ensure accurate and timely information is provided.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external agents, brokers, and valuers, as well as internal teams across research, valuation, marketing, and brokerage functions.
