POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Analyst – Retail Operations and Learning Technology supports BSRO retail locations, corporate departments, and educational training initiatives by gathering, validating, and analyzing data, developing reports, and implementing data-driven solutions. This role also supports the BSRO Learning Management System (LMS) and collaborates with IT and HR teams to find technical solutions for data needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with financial systems (Lawson, SAP).
  • Ability to work with large datasets in cloud-based data warehouse environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Retail automotive experience.
  • Learning and Development experience.
  • Experience with data transformation tools (Alteryx) and Excel PowerQuery/PowerPivot.
