Description:
Join our Macquarie Asset Management Risk Strategy and Operations team and help to enhance our Risk reporting and data analytics capabilities.
This is a 12 month max term contract.

What role will you play?
As a key member of the Risk Strategy and Operations team, you will enhance our risk reporting capabilities by building and improving PowerBI dashboards and Alteryx workflows. You will design, develop and deliver end-to-end analytics and visualisation assets such as PowerBI dashboards to show risk data and trends, in addition to creating and optimising Alteryx workflows to streamline and automate data processing and reporting.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions, in addition to continuously improving our risk reporting process to enhance efficiency and accuracy. You will also have the opportunity to work with and learn from an established global Risk team to provide reporting and data analytics solutions across our diverse businesses.
What you offer
- Relevant experience and/or education in areas such as operational risk, internal or external audit, risk management, compliance, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, particularly PowerBI.
- Experience with data analysis tools and scripting languages such as Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, or VBA, and data automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and provide insights from risk data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively tailor communications to a diverse range of business and technical stakeholder groups.
