MAKE AN IMPACT Requirements: Job Title: Senior Analyst-RMG Location: Bangalore/Pune Experience: 4-6 years Job Responsibilities Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss. Will be required to do Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management, tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams. Will also be responsible for maintaining employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and Bench/New joiners’ induction, understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re-skilling and up-skilling requirements. Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally. Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands Key Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports. Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
