We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Analyst, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to join its team. Reporting to Site Leadership, the Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making through scenario analysis, forecasting, and dashboarding to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This role requires strong collaboration across Material Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and financial objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Operations Planning within a manufacturing environment (HVAC, Automotive, Aerospace, or related).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Power BI, Power Query, VBA, and advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
  • Results-driven, agile, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (French an asset).
