HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support data-driven marketing initiatives, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to the development of personalized customer journeys. This role combines marketing automation, data analysis, and platform knowledge to help drive impactful customer experiences and measurable results.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a power user of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting campaign design, journey optimization, and audience segmentation.
  • Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and engagement trends to deliver actionable insights that guide marketing strategy.
  • Build and maintain queries, filters, and data extensions using SQL within SFMC to support advanced segmentation and reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and technical partners to ensure accurate campaign execution and timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email delivery, data discrepancies, or automation errors.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of journeys in Journey Builder and automations in Automation Studio.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions that enhance marketing performance.
  • Stay informed about SFMC product updates, industry best practices, and new features relevant to data and campaign optimization.
