Description
Manage all aspects of mapping SCM activities including standardization and system implementations and optimizations.Reporting direcly to the SCM SME Leader , this key role will investigate and deliver SCM solutions and execute on a diverse portfolio of projects partnering with multiple functions across AMER. It requires strong project and change management skills, continuous improvement skills, systems technical expertise and strong customer focus to deliver effective end to end solutions. Prepare documentation and knowledge sharing plan (including trainings) 1. Closely collaborate with AMER SCM teams on Material Management processes and possible process improvement 2. Accumulate best practices used on different locations and support integration to CoE standard 3. Lead the knowledge sharing, provide training to SCM colleagues 4. Create and review report templates to understand and measure current processes and make suggestions on standardization 5. Collect and map existing processes on AMER sites for improvement opportunities and track follow actions in CoE CI tracker 6. Support the integration of process to CoE standards 7. Document and visualize existing processes, calculate current average handling time and identify potenital efficiencies 8. Collect and consolidate existing SOP-s and create Work Instructions as perAMER CoE standard 9. Identify and support utilization of digital tools available for SCM to maximize efficency (Eg. Daylight, Kinaxis Rapid Response, GPS Power App, OnePart and other systems, tools being used in AMER) 10. Support ongoing SCM Transformation projects with site support 11. Generate database for supplier collaboration in order to leverage transparent Supplier and stakeholder communication network 12. Regular and ad-hoc analysis and comparision of ERP data and provide 13. Manage other ad-hoc and regular CI related tasks upon request Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related areas.
