As one of our colleagues, you'll engage with a diverse and dynamic community, gaining valuable experience and opportunities for growth in one of the world's largest financial markets.   How You’ll Make an Impact:  Ensure all structured finance transactions/CvB programmes are reviewed on a continuous 12-month schedule and all transactions/programmes have been reviewed at least once a year by the due date: Performing data analysis in excel; Executing Fitch generated models; Preparing analytical documentation based on Fitch templates; Presenting analytical documentation and communicate comments and opinions in committee effectively; Preparing press releases based on Fitch templates; Rating new transactions, including looking at new asset classes and issuers; Provide timely market/transaction performance commentaries; Manage queries from issuers/bankers/investors – represent Fitch and communicate effectively with external transaction parties; Participate in originator/servicer review meetings; Adhoc projects/reporting and author reports.   You May be a Good Fit if: You have fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese. You hold an undergraduate degree, preferably in a finance-related discipline. You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a credit or analytical related role.  You are comfortable analyzing large datasets and deriving meaningful conclusions. You enjoy working collaboratively and have strong interpersonal skills. You have a good understanding of finance fundamentals and current economic conditions. You are eager to learn new concepts, ask questions, and grow your expertise.   What Would Make You Stand Out:  Direct experience with structured finance is a plus but not required. Thoughtful perspectives on economic trends and their impact on consumer credit performance. Passion for analysis, attention to detail, and a desire to build a career in credit research and ratings.
