* Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Support monthly S&OP Process by Obtaining and Organizing all Needed Data (Inventory, Shipment, Open Order, Orders, Production, PT Sales etc). Prepare S&OP Sheet and meeting slides and coordinate with Planning Department as needed. Measurement Criteria (Quantitative/Qualitative): Data Quality On-Time Delivery * Inventory Management: Weekly Top 30 Report Submit Weekly Top 30 Inventory Monitoring and update target and action item based on Planning Department Meeting. Work with leaders to prioritize business and information needs * Generate reports and advanced data visualization in business intelligence tools Measurement Criteria (Quantitative/Qualitative): Data Quality On-Time Delivery * Generate reports and advanced data visualization in business intelligence tools Measurement Criteria (Quantitative/Qualitative): Data Quality On-Time Delivery Feedback/CSAT * Monthly Forecast Accuracy ReportingSubmit monthly forecast accuracy report for Retail and Proteam families and provide Top Misses for Vacs. Update monitoring files and charts for S&OP meeting Measurement Criteria (Quantitative/Qualitative): Data Quality On-Time Delivery * Perform adhoc tasks given by the immediate superior /business unit contacts and supporting Manila Supply Chain initiatives Measurement Criteria (Quantitative/Qualitative): Data Quality On-Time Delivery Efficiency Project Completion * Sustain Operation ExcellenceImplement at least 2 Waste Walk/ Improvement Projects for the year. Support best practice sharing initiatives among Supply Chain teams. Maintain a high level of quality on existing support e.g. forums, benchmarking, project reviews.
