REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification with 3-5 years of relevant experience in performance management and talent program execution
  • Some exposure to banking/financial industry preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Collaborative, team oriented
  • Self-starter who demonstrates initiative
  • Able to multi-task

Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Support the person-in-charge in the region-wide performance management annual cycle and its initiatives. This includes support in the preparation for implementation, process education, analytics and reporting to management.
  • Early Career Programs: Support the person-in-charge in the roll out of early career programs, and manage the running of the annual internship program in Singapore.
  • Talent Management Projects: Provide support to Head of Talent Management and the team on ad-hoc assignments.
