About the position Location: Bengaluru Hybrid So, what does it take to be successful in this role? To be successful in this role you will be Managing end-to-end treasury accounting operations – You’ll oversee bank account activities, perform daily transaction reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting using SAP and Blackline. Driving month-end and audit readiness – You’ll support month-end close with journal entries, maintain audit documentation, and prepare financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations. Collaborating with global stakeholders – You’ll coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve reconciliation issues and improve service levels across shared services. Ensuring compliance and system integrity – You’ll safeguard financial systems by adhering to treasury controls, policies, and procedures while maintaining data accuracy and consistency. Identifying improvements and delivering insights – You’ll analyze financial data to uncover trends, resolve issues, and proactively drive process enhancements aligned with business goals.
