Description

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). * 5+ years of hands-on experience with Kronos/UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM). * Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, leave, activities and workforce optimization. * Experience of working with WFM APIs * Experience of working with Dell Boomi integrations * Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools for creating queries. * Experience with system integration, testing, and change management. * Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with UKG Dimensions or other modern WFM solutions. * Knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and global workforce practices. * UKG and Dell Boomi certifications would be added advantage. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $94,400.00 to $118,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. * Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional system solutions. * Configure, maintain, and enhance Timekeeping, Accruals, Leave, Activities, Attendance, Attestation, Device Management and Basic Scheduling. * Support clock upgrades. * Support system upgrades, testing, integration, and production deployments. * Design and deliver custom reports, dataviews and workforce analytics. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while ensuring minimal business disruption. * Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to end users and team members. * Ensure system compliance with labor laws, payroll practices, and organizational policies. * Collaborate with vendors on product enhancements, escalations, and industry best practices. * Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to recommend process improvements and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Central and Workforce Management systems, leading requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into functional system solutions. They will also configure, maintain, and enhance various workforce management functionalities while troubleshooting complex system issues.
