Our team sit within our Deal Advisory and Infrastructure group and has extensive experience in providing valuation advice in relation to transactions, reorganisations, disputes, litigations, financial reporting, restructurings, and funds.

- Recent and relevant experience working across valuations (of all types) or corporate finance in a corporate advisory environment.
- Suitable technical capabilities and accreditations having completed (or in progress to complete) relevant post-graduate studies (i.e., CA or CFA)
- You will be a commercial, resilient, and enthusiastic team player with a positive work ethic and an open, curious mind which can help us enhance the way we work and bring creative solutions to our client’s problems.
- Strong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) and report writing skills.
- Experience in excel-based financial assessment and advantageous if you have financial modelling capabilities.
- Ability to build robust relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines on multiple client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative information on companies, industries, and transactions to identify key performance metrics and value drivers.
- Prepare valuation reports outlining the analysis, key assumptions, and valuation findings.
- Review, build and interpret financial models for businesses or projects.
- Think critically, identify issues, and work with the team on deliverables and strategies.
- Consult with our clients regarding business performance, cash flow forecasts and prospects and understanding key valuation drivers.
- Use traditional and leading-edge valuation methodologies to determine the value of assets, equity, or debt instruments
