THE KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES WE ARE SEEKING IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE INCLUDE:

• University degree in IT with additional certifications (e.g., SAP BW certification, ITIL, etc.).
• Significant experience with end-to-end BW-on-HANA (or SAP BW/4HANA) implementation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of SAP Analytics Cloud experience.
• Strong modeling skills with significant experience in BW-on-HANA solutions.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure big data cloud-hosted platforms is preferable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service focus and orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-prioritise in a busy environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in comprehending business requirements and translating them into innovative solutions using SAP BW-on-HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP BO. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying data and analytics solutions to support our business objectives.

THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

• Collaborate closely with business users to analyse requirements, conduct workshops, and secure stakeholder approvals for effective solution design and progression.
• Develop and enhance SAP BW-on-HANA objects, Data Visualisation objects on SAP BO and SAP SAC
• Ensure optimal data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, scheduling, and alerts within SAP BW-on-HANA.
• Provide expert maintenance and support for BW/BI/SAC system solutions, including impact analysis, change implementation, and resolution of helpdesk incidents within SLA parameters.
• Deliver BW/BI solutions aligned with VRL BI Architecture, translating data into actionable insights, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships for timely solution delivery.
• Uphold adherence to policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring data integrity, organizing thorough solution reviews, and transparently communicating solution progress to stakeholders.
