Job Title: Senior Analyst - Website Delivery GCL:D2/D1 Introduction to role Are you ready to make a significant impact in the digital landscape? As a Senior Analyst - Website, you will play a crucial role in delivering our brand websites and the One AZ project. You will ensure that processes are followed by the site assembly and QA teams, coordinate site builds, and collaborate closely with in-market POD teams. Your technical expertise will be vital in releasing new website functionalities and integrating them with other systems. Join us to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results for our collaborators! Accountabilities Responsible for planning, implementing, and delivering website projects on time. Implement market OneAZ website. Participate in in-Market POD meetings. Engage in training demos and perform component authoring in lower environments. Serve as the point of contact for Assembly and in-market POD teams regarding technical components. Provide proactive suggestions for continuous improvement in authoring/site assembly. Bridge the gap between creative/design teams and business collaborators for high-quality websites. Coordinate and track project deviations, customize implementations, and implement portal plans. Document gaps in standards or processes to improve efficiency. Provide feedback to team members and resolve concerns regularly. Develop clear project plans, document risks, and ensure timely project delivery. Manage multiple website developments simultaneously. Coordinate testing and bug tracking processes. Ensure websites are optimized for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness. Monitor project budgets. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss challenges and solutions. Review and sign off site hand documents and attend GO-NO-GO meetings. Work closely with the Dev team during the Hypercare period to ensure monitoring solutions are in place. Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and collaborators to meet quality standards. Act as an SME, guiding the team in site assembly guidelines and HCP Portal operations. Gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with website content, metrics, and data. Monitor and report issues related to site structure, page performance, broken links, optimization tags, and other technical aspects. Align with Content Delivery Managers to minimize BAU impact on market websites. Document feature implementation per market and update status on SharePoint. Join OneAZ Program Incremental planning and provide market impact assessment feedback. Essential Skills/Experience 8-10 years of experience in website development and project management. Deep technical acuity and expertise in AEM, HTML5, CSS3 & JS. Demonstrates and adheres to guidelines for web accessibility WCAG 2.1. High level of expertise in website governance & operation. Superb communication & stacollaboratornagement skills, along with problem-solving & decision-making abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts tailored to the audience. Knowledge of JIRA & similar project management tools. Ability to govern and hold accountability for third-party vendors & media partners. Prior experience in the Pharma domain would be an added advantage.
