EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Administration, Engineering, or Economics

GENERAL AND SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

• 5-7 years of experience in market research or trade marketing.
• Experience in market research, analysis, insights

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with proper resource management. Detecting customer needs that can translate into business opportunities, aligning with Revenue so that the proposal is sent to the client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that GCD plans and initiatives are carried out within their team, aligned with the area manager.
• Possesses leadership competencies, performance evaluation, and people management. Manages resources (ensures that resources are invested appropriately). Defines which clients the executives handle. Service agreements (Defined service plans - Service models). Uses and manages them. Neither over nor under service.
• Monitors customer satisfaction indicators.
• Reviews indicators and ensures they are adequate, generating alerts and defining corresponding action plans.
• Responsible for attending account monitoring committees. Participates in Q&A sessions and manages the TOP relationship with the client.
• Negotiates service models, channels, and prioritizes.
• Collaborates in defining the business plan and decision-making with the client.
• Ensures that indicator information is up-to-date and that the required input is available to feed Salesforce.
• Prepares presentations for the most important categories of their clients.
• Presents to the client and supports executives in developing their presentations to ensure the highest level of analysis is delivered to the clients.
