In this role, you will:

• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
• Proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools.
• Updates production reports, schedule changes, compile data and refresh reports for generation and distribution.
• Update ATM project logs
• Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to ATM projects.
• Interact with team, functional area, internal peers outside work group, and manager on planning and performing analysis, trends for ATM service, vendor branch performance and presentation design.
• Will use tools and resources to support the line of business in managing third party risk.
• Develops specific, customized reports, ad hoc analyses and/or data visualizations, formatted with business user-friendly techniques to drive adoption, such as (1) Excel macros/pivoting/filtering, (2) PowerPoint slides and presentations, and (3) clear verbal and e-mail communications.
