Business Intelligence Specialist (m/w/d)

For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin , we are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist (m/f/d) who understands complex data requirements, develops meaningful reports, and supports internal and external stakeholders in making informed decisions. We are looking for you to start immediately and work full-time .

Your tasks

  • You conduct complex data analyses and evaluations for different stakeholder groups and present the results in an understandable way.
  • You visualize and present analysis results for operations, management, and customers.
  • You will develop, optimize, and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • You support internal and external stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.
  • You will be involved in the further development of existing reporting and analysis tools.
  • You use statistical methods and AI approaches to build and further develop reliable forecasting models.


Your profile

  • You have a completed degree in STEM fields, business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a BI Specialist, Business Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Reporting Specialist or in a comparable role is required.
  • You have experience in programming, for example with Python, as well as in dealing with databases and SQL.
  • You have initial experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of processing large amounts of data and of statistical or AI-based models is advantageous.
  • You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and enjoy presenting complex data in an understandable way.
  • You are a proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and communicate confidently with different contacts.
