• At least 5+ years of data warehouse and BI/Analytic-related experience.
• Extensive knowledge of BI reporting tools and methodologies, including designing, creating, and deploying reports, dashboards, and models.
• Strong knowledge of BI reporting principles and methodologies.
• Proven experience with technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
• Experience documenting Business Intelligence designs.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Analytics Developer, you will be at the forefront of our client’s data-driven initiatives. Your role will involve designing and developing high-quality business intelligence reports and dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders to tailor data solutions, and maintaining and enhancing our existing data platforms. You’ll also play a vital part in mentoring team members and driving a culture of continuous learning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop high-quality business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Provide support for existing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and work with them to deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with other areas of Corporate Analytics to ensure our data processes, protocols, and data models support the effective and efficient deployment of reports and dashboards.
• Support a continuous improvement culture by identifying and actioning improvements to processes, systems, and technology.
• Present insights to stakeholders to help support and improve decision making.
• Champion the use of data and business intelligence.
• Undertake a mentoring role in your area of professional expertise to widen the skills and knowledge of others, ensuring they develop as professionals.
