THE POSITION

Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to build high-quality data models and trusted data products that support strategic analytics across our Sportsbook, Casino and Flywheel Products. You will work closely with analysts embedded in business functions and with data engineers upstream to design clean, maintainable, and well-documented data transformations that drive self-service and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the intersection of data and business—comfortable writing production-grade SQL, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping define metrics and models that scale.
If you’re excited by this challenge and want to work within a dynamic company, then we’d love to hear from you.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE STATS

What we’re looking for in our next teammate

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles
  • Expertise in SQL and experience with dbt or other data modeling tools
  • Strong understanding of business metrics, dimensional modeling, and transformation workflows
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both analysts and data engineers
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Databricks Delta Lake, Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Familiarity with data testing, version control, and CI/CD for analytics workflows.
  • Experience with Python and related orchestration frameworks (e.g. Airflow)
  • Exposure to BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
