  We are looking for a (Senior) Analytics Engineer (m/f/d) to be part of the development of our Shop Analytics Team . Our Shop Analytics Team circle is embedded in our circle cluster “Customer & Shop Intelligence” and works in close cooperation with Tracking & Marketing Intelligence teams.
  Become a key player in our dynamic Shop Analytics team, where you’ll design and implement scalable data solutions that power our retail media ecosystem. As an Analytics Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building robust data pipelines for partner reporting, refining our ad revenue attribution models, and ensuring top-tier data quality across all our deliverables.
  In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop automated reporting solutions that not only streamline internal processes but also empower our partners with easy access to actionable performance insights.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and well-documented data pipelines
• Develop and implement a statistical testing framework to evaluate and visualize the impact of new features in collaboration with other teams
• Create automated monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data integrity and proactively identify anomalies
• Lead the migration of data infrastructure from legacy systems, minimizing disruption and maximizing performance
• Set data engineering standards, share knowledge, and promote best practices within the team
