Responsibilities: Design and development: Design, develop, deploy and maintain analytics solutions that allow business teams to make data-driven decisions Evaluate, adopt, integrate and build on analytics tools Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and deliver analytical models and reporting solutions Specialize in different business domains, building deep expertise and anticipating the needs of business verticals Lead and enable business teams to perform self-service analytics Continuous learning: Recommend and evaluate technologies to introduce new analytics capabilities Observability and Support: Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions To be successful you will need to have: Experience: 5+ years of work experience in data and analytics Technical proficiency: Strong SQL skills Experience with LookML and Looker Studio Familiarity with Snowflake (nice to have) Stakeholder management: Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams User enablement: Experience driving self-service analytics adoption and empowering users through training, documentation, and hands-on support Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for troubleshooting and debugging Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in credit cards, payments, or fintech industries is a must Exposure to AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics is highly desirable Benefits A Global & Dynamic Team Remote Work Friendly After submitting your application, please check your inbox for a confirmation email.
