Your area of ​​responsibility

• You will take charge of our analytics projects (initiation, implementation & handover to the local team) and be the first point of contact for our subsidiaries and external service providers.
• You are responsible for merging, processing and analyzing large datasets of financially relevant/operational information from different sources, as well as visualizing and presenting the findings.
• You conceptualize and create dashboards with suitable KPIs for monitoring and reporting.
• You develop analytical tools to support business decisions (primarily in Power BI).
• You optimize analysis and controlling tools and processes in the subsidiaries.
• You will support our portfolio companies in developing practical business apps and compact ERP solutions using modern no-code/low-code platforms – thus digitizing processes quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree with a business administration background.
• You have at least three years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a management consultancy, a holding company or in a start-up environment.
• You have an affinity for data processing and visualization, and have participated in initial Microsoft Power BI implementation projects .
• You quickly grasp new processes, put them into a clear, structured form, and translate them into intuitive app solutions. Prior experience with modern no-code or low-code platforms is advantageous.
• You have the ability to both oversee the big picture and to drive forward and implement hands-on things in detail.
• You possess excellent communication skills and a pragmatic way of working.
• You are confident in project management and results presentations.
• You are a team player with commitment and a high sense of responsibility.
• You have fluent German skills and good English skills.
• Willingness to travel: the role requires regular on-site presence at the subsidiaries.
