Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision making across finance and business operations. This role combines financial expertise with advanced analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities 1. Conduct market analysis and competitor analysis on the responsible vehicle models. 2. Perform web scraping to gather relevant data from various online sources 3. Conduct complex data analysis to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies 4. Develop predictive models for financial forecasting and business planning 5. Create automated reporting solutions for key business and financial metrics 6. Partner with business units to translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations 7. Lead special projects requiring advanced analytics and financial modeling 8. Build and maintain dashboards for executive reporting Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics role with focus on finance/business 3. Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools is a plus 4. Strong programming skills (Python/R) and SQL expertise 5. Advanced spoken and written Chinese and English 6. Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques 7. Proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms 8. Experience with large dataset analysis and data mining 9. Strong financial acumen and business understanding 10.
