Only 80 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD, iconic Hospitality Venue is seeking experienced, passionate and professional Sous-Chef / Senior Chef de Partie and/or Chef de Partie to join our growing team.

Servicing our cafe and restaurant, these positions will suit creative, committed chefs with a passion for good food and a strong understanding of fast-paced and casual dining.

• Be able to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Deliver high food service standards
• Possess previous experience in short order, cafe or restaurant
• Excellent time-management and a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests
