DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF WORK TASK TO BE CARRIED OUT:

Work as a developer in an API team, working with our both our current business and the migration team to facilitate a smooth transition to our new core system from our three existing core system. Work to be performed from our offices in Bergen, Norway with Norwegian as the working language.
Must be comfortable working in a team, working to reach the team goals, not just individual targets and tasks. Should be proactive and help us improve our IT development environment.

DESCRIPTION OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

General requirement:

• We must have an interview with the candidate before starting the assignment to assess their suitability to our culture.

Required skills:

• Experience with REST based APIs

** Preferably in Java and Spring/Spring Boot

• Experience with agile teams and devops

* Agile processes like Scrum or Kanban
* Continuous Improvement
** Automation

** Et cetera

• Interest in and curiosity about our domain of life insurances and pension

** Relevant experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
