About the role As a Senior Appian Developer, you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and implementation of Appian applications to meet business needs. You will be a valued member of the development team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, project managers, and offshore developers. In this role, you will: Lead the implementation of Appian solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodology. Design and develop applications using Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, and Data Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct workshops and demos. Integrate business processes with external systems using REST APIs. Guide and mentor offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery. Work model Based in the US What you need to have to be considered Overall 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Appian development. Expertise in Appian implementation, including all aspects of the product and methodology. Proficiency in Appian SAIL, Process Modeler, Rules, Expressions, Documents, Knowledge Center, and Data Management using XSDs and SQL queries. Strong experience in business integrations using REST APIs. Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing requirements and leading offshore teams. These will help you stand out Experience with advanced Appian features and performance optimization. Knowledge of additional BPM tools and technologies. Certifications in Appian or related technologies. Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong database knowledge and ability to write complex SQL queries.
