Job Description • 2nd or 3rd level technical application support based on various technologies (like Apache Tomcat, Linux based Application Operation, scripting) • ITIL based ticket administration and documentation. • Incident, Problem and Change Management • Participation in customer and vendor calls • Providing on-call support • Solving complex problems, doing Root Cause Analysis • Technical capacity planning, performance tuning, optimization related activities • Automation related scripting tasks and project support • Knowledge sharing and developing. Qualifications Experience in virtualisation (VMware) Automation experience (Ansible, PowerShell) Experience using GITHub, JIRA platforms or SNOW Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms At least B2 level English AND German language skills Hybrid work: at least 1 office day/week Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
