• On-call availability as part of the support rotation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous ERP system experience is a plus.

This role requires on-call availability and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) applications.
• Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows-based servers.
• Develop, update, and optimize SQL scripts for application performance and data reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues.
• Maintain and manage project and issue task lists, ensuring timely delivery and resolution.
• Provide on-call support for critical application-related issues as required.
