ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Application Support Analyst, must act as a Level 2 thought leader, focusing on end-to-end business processes and integration for the following strategic areas: Planning, Reporting and Retail Applications, including implementation of new processes and capabilities for major transformation programs and strategies.
Reporting to the Application Manager, you will provide Level 2 process and technical support for helpdesk requests, complex business issues and integration with other applications as the first escalation point of contact.
Based at our Head Office in the heart of the CBD, located at 388 George Street, 2000, this is a full-time hybrid role working from home and in the office weekly.
