About the role As Senior Application Consultant at Consafe Logistics, you will be the crucial link between our customers’ operational challenges and the smart solutions within Astro WMS®. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will analyse logistics processes, lead customer workshops, and configure our software to fit each customer’s unique set-up. Your work will directly impact warehouse efficiency and business success. You will take the lead during implementations, go-lives, and user training, ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish. Internally, you will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with (Support) Application Consultants, Developers, System Architects, and Project Managers to shape the solution and continuously improve our offering. Key responsibilities Lead customer workshops and process discovery sessions Translate business needs into functional software solutions Configure Astro WMS® to align with specific customer requirements Deliver training to users and guide them through go-lives Support integration with other systems and warehouse automation Continuously advise customers on how to optimize and evolve their set-up Your profile You are a driven, collaborative professional with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and a strong IT mindset. You are passionate about solving real-world logistics problems and thrive in a customer-facing environment.
