Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Application / Implementation Expert to provides solution and integration configuration and development services for the CAD project delivery team within a customer site. This role is based in Melbourne and offers hybrid working.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver software implementation and development services to agile project team.
  • Responsible for management and implementation of all parts of the SDLC including ongoing support of delivered solution.
  • Implement and deliver fit for purpose software and process documentation in accordance with specifications.
  • Participate in Customer integration and design workshops to enable requirement collection and validation
  • Responsible for the management and delivery of software fixes and releases against varying SLAs across multiple sites and managed services.
  • Think outside the box to enhance the key team processes.
