Our client is a global leader in automatic test equipment (ATE), and their High-Performance Computing (HPC) team is expanding to support rapid growth and high customer demand. You won't be stuck in standard maintenance; you will be taking point on complex, digital test development, working directly with the top 10 global electronics companies to push the boundaries of HPC testing.

What you'll be doing:

Develop, code, and optimise complex digital test programs for High-Performance Computing (HPC) applications.
Utilise scan-based testing methodologies to ensure high-coverage validation of advanced digital devices.
Implement software-driven solutions on premier ATE platforms using specialised test development software.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and regional customer engineers to deliver tailor-made test solutions.
Adapt and bridge object-oriented code architecture into test program environments to maintain robust coding standards.

What you'll bring:

Experience: 5 years of dedicated test program development experience in the semiconductor industry (not production support/maintenance).
ATE Expertise: Proven experience with the V93K, SmarTest, Ultraflex or similar platforms.
Digital Testing Competence: Strong expertise in scan-based digital testing methodologies and digital device structures.
Software Skills: Background in object-oriented coding (such as C++, Java, or equivalent languages) applied to test development.
Languages & Soft Skills: Fluent English is essential; German language skills are a plus for local integration.
Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Munich or Böblingen, Germany.
