This position combines application support, integration development, and platform management across an enterprise ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, data flows, and data transformations, and be capable of troubleshooting complex issues in production environments. The role also ensures adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards while driving continuous improvement and modernization of business applications and integrations. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Provide support for business-critical applications and integrations operations Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of applications, integrations and enterprise systems Monitor system health, job execution, data flows, and respond to alerts Partner with functional teams to troubleshoot process issues Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes Configure and monitor batch jobs, file schedules, and dependencies Translate business requirements into technical solutions Design, develop and maintain integrations using file-based methods or APIs Create and maintain data mappings between systems Build scalable, reusable integration components that optimize workflows Ensure data accuracy, transformation logic, and validation rules Lead testing, deployments, and migrations Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams Maintain design and operations documentation Identify and support continuous process improvement including AI adoption Deliver excellent customer service to business users WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $110,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
