Responsibility: Lead in the design and development of engineered solutions to achieve customer’s goals and expectations using state of the art CNC Multi-Axis machining equipment, automation, and secondary operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed time studies and turnkey proposals. Integration of Engineered Solutions and Services to customer specification. Manage the research and design of custom process, fixtures, and tooling. Programming of machines using CAM Systems Keep abreast of technology that will provide world class solutions to our customers. Maintain industry standard risk assessment and safety protocols. Travel to customer sites for training in engineered solutions and machine training. Qualifications: General CNC machining knowledge Knowledge in math, geometry, and trigonometry Knowledge of Geometric Dimension & Tolerance and Quality practices CAD / CAM machine tool industry specific knowledge Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Ability to lead effectively and with minimal supervision.
