We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements: 12+ years of experience in software engineering with strong fundamentals in Java, data structures, algorithms, and architectural patterns Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture in enterprise environments Proven expertise in REST API and service design, with a solid understanding of enterprise system integration Cloud-native application development experience, particularly with Azure, including deployment, operations, and modern DevOps practices Proficiency with CI/CD tooling including Maven, Git, and automated pipeline management These are additional nice to haves: Experience with front-end technologies such as React JS, Angular, TypeScript, or JavaScript Familiarity with ORM frameworks and RDBMS technologies Experience working in agile, cross-functional, and globally distributed teams across complex organizational contexts Ability to leverage AI frontier models to enhance product development and SDLC workflows Understanding of insurance or reinsurance business concepts and domain knowledge Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a track record of contributing to technical research and feasibility studies Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and adaptability Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
