JOB DESCRIPTION

• Under broad direction, provides product application recommendations, develops product performance optimization solutions, and completes post- well evaluation of product performance.
• Provides technical and operational expertise to both external and internal customers to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Assists with developing and managing required product designs for an assigned area.
• Tracks product development projects and monitors the area’s product design requirements.
• Generates technical papers and performance profiles to capture lessons learned and share best practices.
• Mentors and trains less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math, or Business-related discipline and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
  Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Senior Application Evaluation Specialist or Principal Application Evaluation Specialist.
