Job Description We are seeking a Senior Application Manager to support and evolve our financial applications landscape, our electronic invoicing and regulatory compliance platform. You will contribute to key initiatives around financial flows, treasury, reporting, and integration with our ERP ecosystem. You’ll work closely with developers, business teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations, robust architecture, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day application operations and ensure high service availability. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Coordinate bug fixes, enhancements, and minor evolutions with development teams. Support testing (functional, integration), deployment, and production rollout activities. Interact with ERP/Finance systems to ensure seamless integrations and data flows. Contribute to technical upgrades, platform migrations, and architecture improvements. Qualifications 5+ years as an Application Manager, Functional Analyst, or related IT role. Understanding of system architecture and application integration. Ability to diagnose technical issues (logs, services, APIs) and coordinate resolutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments. Tech stack Technologies: Java, Unix/Linux, REST APIs, middleware integration. Tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, SonarQube). Applications: Electronic invoicing workflows, financial and regulatory platforms. ERP/CRM exposure: SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, Sage (advantageous). Concepts: SDLC, DevOps practices, debugging and log analysis, application monitoring, data quality controls.
