This is on-site working from customer office at Laverton. This role reports into Practice Manager. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Application Development, Enhancement, and Support of technical components in 3rd party applications Enhancements to application components where appropriate Respond to alerts raised by application monitoring, investigate and resolve Follow ITIL best practice for incident management Proactively check processes with a view to identifying issues before they affect deliverables Analysis of data-related issues to determine how best to resolve application integrity issues Application Support for all business applications and interfaces Technical assistance for business teams relating to general application queries affecting their functional areas. Involvement in project handovers to ensure a smooth transition to production support Ensure database performance, replication and data backups are operating efficiently Requirements and Experience JavaScript HTML C# (Model-View-Controller or similar pattern, secure Web API, Deployment and packaging) JSON Object-oriented programming concepts Microsoft SQL server 2017 (or later version): TSQL, stored procedures/views, knowledge in database schema, indexing, performance optimisation .NET Core 3.1 or later version (latest is .NET 8.x) Version control Internet Information Services (IIS) Optional but desirable: JQuery Microsoft Edge browser Dev Tools BootStrap NuGet Automated testing Jira/confluence (Altassian suite) SSL certificates DevOps/DevSecOps/CI-CD Why Fujitsu?
