Description
Responsibilities
Product development in collaboration with the sales, product management, research, or marketing team
Conducting on-site trials, with travel up to 50%
Performing experiments, formulating recipes, and conducting lab-scale tests to optimize product performance
Direct collaboration with customers to understand their specific application challenges and provide technical support, as well as advice on product selection, usage, and troubleshooting
Designing and executing application trials or laboratory tests
Analyzing test data, interpreting results, and preparing technical reports with recommendations for product improvements or modifications
Project work or, depending on experience level, leading projects
Collaborating with quality control teams or the Global Quality & Standards department
Working with interdisciplinary teams such as Master Data Management, Global Quality & Standards, Research, Marketing, Sales, and Manufacturing
Planning and conducting training sessions and workshops for internal teams, sales representatives, and customers
Continuously exploring new technologies, ingredients, and processing techniques
Identifying emerging customer needs and deriving new opportunities for product development.
