YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Deep expertise in SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, CO) with hands-on configuration experience.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and regulatory accounting principles.
• Proven experience in at least 5 SAP FI implementations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR ROLE

• Oversee the entire R2R process, including general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with accounting policies.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the SAP environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, finance, audit) to optimize finance processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the R2R team, fostering a high-performing environment.
