ABOUT THE JOB YOU’RE CONSIDERING

We are seeking an experience SAP S/4 PTP Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of the Procure-to-Pay process within our SAP ecosystem. This role will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of SAP PTP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP MM, Ariba, and integration with finance modules, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4 PTP with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor master data, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
• Experience in Monitoring, handling incidents, resolving them within SLA, with knowledge on JIRA and Service Now
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead the end-to-end SAP PTP workstream across blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to define business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Drive process standardization and automation across sourcing, purchasing, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Manage integration points with SAP FI, SAP Ariba, and external systems.
• Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning for PTP-related objects.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and business analysts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for PTP-related issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
