Description
DRS RADA is looking for a Applications Team Lead to join the Applications & Operational Excellence team. The role combines a deep understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes with hands-on expertise in ERP and MES systems. The position is based in Beit She’an and serves as the focal point for digital logistics and production systems on site. Key Responsibilities: Act as the site focal point for logistics applications – ERP (Priority) and MES – supporting material management, inventory control, warehouse operations, and shop-floor processes. Analyze and translate operational needs into system solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and cross-system integrations. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for logistics modules and related interfaces (inventory, purchasing, planning, manufacturing). Lead local implementation activities, including testing, documentation, and user training. Monitor data accuracy and process compliance within ERP and MES. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and engineering teams to improve efficiency, visibility, and traceability across the material flow. Initiate and support continuous improvement and automation projects related to logistics and shop-floor processes. Requirements At least 5 years of experience in logistics or manufacturing systems (ERP, MES). Hands-on experience with Priority ERP (logistics modules: inventory, purchasing, MRP, production) – a must. Experience with MES or shop-floor control systems – a must. Experience with PLM (Teamcenter) – an advantage BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Technology. Strong analytical and process-mapping skills. Excellent communication and service orientation. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
