We are looking for a motivated and proactive Senior Applications Engineer to support the growing team in Konstanz, Germany. 8tree is the global leader in AR-enabled 3D precision surface inspection tools. Our customers include the world’s leading aerospace, aviation and wind-turbine blade companies. This role is designed for experienced professionals with a strong technical foundation, and a readiness to drive and influence customer success. Tasks Ensure successful system deployment and integration into customer workflows. This includes long-term planning, executing, and monitoring of a customer’s onboarding process. Cultivate strong relationships with technical counterparts at customer site Provide technical support to our international customers. This requires in-depth hardware & software debugging skills Own and lead product evolution for the wind energy sector, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders Assist business development team in regional demonstrations and trade shows Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across various functions, such as pre-sales/post-sales, product development, training procedures.
