JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Applied AI Software Developer, you will join a small team focused on leveraging advanced technologies to drive innovation. Your primary responsibility is transforming rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept (MVPs) into robust, secure, maintainable, and scalable production systems ready for enterprise use. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects at the forefront of applied technology, bridging the gap between innovative ideas and reliable production systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 7+ years in professional software development, with significant full-stack experience
• Mastery in one or more object-oriented or backend programming languages
• Expertise in building, testing, and deploying web applications, APIs, and auth services
• Strong experience with relevant frameworks and database technologies
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and experience with containerization and orchestration
• Proven track record of taking software projects from prototype to production

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience building applications that consume and manipulate AI/ML models via APIs
• Familiarity with challenges of integrating AI components
• Experience operating in rapid development or innovation-focused environments
• Experience mentoring other engineers and leadership team members
• Interest in exploring practical AI applications for software development or business processes
