Description

We are seeking a Senior Applied Data Scientist to join our high-velocity data platform team, driving measurable business impact through advanced experimentation, analytics, and machine learning solutions. This role is end-to-end, transforming ambiguous business questions into production-ready models and data workflows. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to accelerate learning, improve decision-making, and deliver scalable, privacy-preserving solutions that uphold enterprise standards. As a key contributor, you will lead the design and analysis of rigorous A/B tests, implement causal inference methodologies, and develop privacy-aware analytics pipelines. You will own the full lifecycle from prototyping and validation to deployment and monitoring, while ensuring performance optimization and alignment with business KPIs. Your work will involve building high-throughput ETL workflows, integrating APIs, and maintaining robust data quality and compliance frameworks. Beyond technical execution, this role emphasizes collaboration and leadership. You will embed with cross-functional teams, mentor junior talent, and champion best practices in experimentation, data engineering, and operational excellence.
