Senior Apprenticeship Tutor

You will help our apprentices embed new knowledge and skills in the workplace, complete their care certificates (where appropriate), assist them to gather e-portfolio evidence, and make assessments of their competence by: Training and facilitation, including induction Providing career guidance for present and future prospects Carrying out activities to make sure all learners additional needs are assessed and supported Individualising training plans to meet needs One-to-one coaching and feedback sessions with apprentices Running tutorials and/or group sessions as needed Carrying out Progress Reviews with apprentices and their managers Efficient record keeping using electronic e-portfolio systems Marking assignments and observations in practice Preparing the learners for successful End Point Assessments.
