REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in the fitness, wellness, or service industry.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • High level of organization, discipline, and follow-up.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Positive, energetic personality with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Background in fitness or wellness is a plus; fitness certifications are an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through retail and corporate channels.
  • Manage B2C and B2B telesales, including prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Handle end-to-end corporate sales cycle—lead generation, quotations, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and CRM.
  • Ensure professional communication across all customer touchpoints, including booking and confirmation emails.
  • Actively maintain CRM databases, track follow-ups, and manage customer relationships.
