POSITION OVERVIEW:

Lead the architectural coordination process across all project stages — from design inception to construction handover — ensuring architectural intent, compliance with local codes, and cohesive integration with structural, MEP, and finishing trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee architectural coordination across disciplines (structural, MEP, interior) from Design through construction.
• Review and manage architectural drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and authority submissions.
• Conduct and lead coordination meetings; resolve technical and design issues with consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure all architectural deliverables comply with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and local building codes.
• Manage project documentation, maintain drawing submission schedules, and coordinate approvals (NOCs, permits, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 10–15 years, including at least 8 years within the UAE market for high-rise or mixed-use projects.
• Technical Proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools (e.g. clash detection, model checks, common data environment).
• Communication & Leadership: Fluent in English, exceptional coordination, conflict resolution, and documentation skills.
